ReMoved Part 2 Film Screenings
May 11, 2015
Everyday there are new children that enter into foster care, they are scared, hurt and often feel alone. It is a priority for Rebekah Children’s services to help support these youth by providing them with a loving foster home. Unfortunately, the number of foster children in out community far outweighs the number of foster homes forcing children to go to group homes or be split up from their siblings.
As we continue to celebrate National Foster Care Month, Rebekah Children’s Services is committed to increasing the number of foster homes in our community! Our goal is to recruit, train and place 15 new foster homes in 2015! We are hoping that you, your friend, your neighbor and others in the community will step up to meet the challenge and open your homes to a children in need.
RCS will be hosting two screenings of the short film ReMoved: Part 1 and 2. These are incredible films that addresses the real lives of children in the foster care system. After the film, stay for an informational session on how to support kids in foster care.
